Are there any sign up fees?

No! Signing up for our club is free.

Can I combine a subscription with the VIP Club - Crew Member rewards?

When does my order ship?

Your subscription will trigger an order fulfillment, based upon the frequency you select. Once an order fulfillment is initiated, typically it takes 3-4 business days for roasting, then for your order to be shipped to you.

Does my discount apply to purchases outside of my quarterly shipment?

The discount received is only applied to the items included within the subscription.

Can I pause my membership if I want to skip a month? What if I'm going out of town?

Yes, a hold can be placed on a subscription. We are also happy to work with you to provide an alternate ship date if needed. Please contact us and a staff member will help you find the best solution.
